Offers, incentives and buying schemes

Development/plot incentives

The offer is only available on selected plots at selected developments. Cash value will vary by plot. Cash contributions are limited to the amounts specified above and are one-off financial contributions towards the purchase of your home.

Summers Bridge – Local industrial worker incentive

This local industrial incentive is available on all Anwyl Homes at Summers Bridge, Deeside up to a maximum discount of £7,500, which will be paid as a deposit contribution. To qualify, the purchaser must present their employee number and payslip from a qualifying business at point of reservation. Only one local industrial incentive can be used per home purchase. The discount is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash or used in conjunction with any other incentive.

Own New

1.87% mortgages could be available through Own New Rate Reducer:
Example assumes a 5% homebuilder incentive and is based on mortgage rates available in the market, with a 2-year initial period and an LTV of 75%.  Savings made in the initial 2-year fixed period.  Independent financial advice must be sought from a regulated mortgage broker to access this scheme.  Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage or other debt secured on it. Rates valid as of 16.04.2025. Criteria may apply.

Save £493 a month on mortgage repayments with Own New Rate Reducer:
Example assumes a 5% homebuilder incentive and is based on mortgage rates available in the market, with a 2-year initial period and an LTV of 75%.  Savings made in the initial fixed period.  Independent financial advice must be sought from a regulated mortgage broker to access this scheme.  Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up your mortgage repayments. Calling first-time buyers and homeowners, access lower mortgage rates:
Own New Rate Reducer is available on selected developments and plots only and will include a housebuilder contribution of 3% or 5% of the house asking price which is passed directly to the lender (minus an Own New arrangement fee of 0.15% or 0.22% respectively) to secure a reduced mortgage rate for an initial period of 2- or 5-years fixed. After this period, your mortgage rate is likely to increase. Whilst stocks last, subject to availability.
