Applications now open for our Shavington area community fund

As a thoughtful homebuilder, we feel it’s important that we give back to the communities we build in. It’s why we’re offering to support those living in and around Shavington with a new community fund, Love From Anwyl.

Linked to our development, Queen’s Meadow, in Shavington, the Love From Anwyl fund is our way of reaching out to support the neighbourhood.

If you’re part of a charity or not-for-profit organisation we want you to let us know how we can help. In other areas we’ve helped foodbanks support people in need, provided musical instruments for schools, given funding for activities for adults with learning disabilities, enabled Scouts to improve their facilities and much more!

How we can help

Through the Love from Anwyl Fund, we’ll be sharing £5,000 around Shavington. We’ll make a series of grants and release the funding in phases.

  • We’d prefer to share the love as widely as possible by lending our support to as many projects as practical.
  • The maximum grant we will consider making towards one project is £1,500.
  • If your application is reliant on additional help because it’s a higher value and/or long-term project, please make this clear in your submission.
  • We may be able to part-fund an element of your project or offer support in other ways.
