Step 1: Looking for a commuter paradise, or a peaceful retreat by the sea? Choose your brand-new home at one of our hand-picked locations across the UK.
Step 2: We’ll get your home valued by professional estate agents, pricing the property at a reasonable average. Leave the listing to us – we’ll get your home sold through a reputable estate agent, and we’ll even pay their fees*!
Step 3: Once your old home is sold, you’re free to reserve the new one with us. Pay the reservation fee, kick back, and wait for your brand-new home to be ready – you’ll be the first person with the key!
