FAQs
-
Outside air is taken to heat a liquid refrigerant to produce a gas. Then, using electricity, the pump will compress the gas to raise the temperature. The heat from this then passes into the home, heating radiators and underfloor heating, with the remainder of the hot water going to the cylinder for storage which can then be used from the tap/shower.
-
The air source heat pump looks similar to an air conditioning unit. It’s usually fitted at the side or rear of your property a few centimeters from the ground.
-
You can connect your air source heat pump to your home’s Wi-Fi network and control via the app — set individual climates for separate rooms, review your energy consumption and use programming options to personalize your home comfort.
