Early Bird Scheme
Bag your new home before anyone else
Secure your dream home before anyone else
If you fall in love with a home before it goes on the market, our Early Bird scheme could help you snap it up.
Catch the worm
How it works
Step 1: Keep an eye on your favourite developments. Properties will join the Early Bird scheme 8 to 12 months before they’re due to be complete.
Step 2: To secure your dream home Early Bird style, pay a £150 deposit and show you’re ready to buy. Your deposit’s fully refundable; if you change your mind, you lose nothing.
Step 3: When your home is ready for full release, we’ll get in touch to let you know. You’ll have a week to turn your Early Bird reservation into a full reservation.
Step 4: With your full reservation in place, you’re one step closer to owning your dream home.
Small but important
Early Bird reservation is only available on specific homes involved in the scheme.
You must be in a contractual and financial position to buy the home you reserve.
If you don’t convert your Early Bird reservation to a full reservation within seven days of us contacting you, we’ll refund your £150 deposit and release the property to general sale.
Once a full reservation is in place, the terms of that agreement override the terms of the Early Bird reservation.
