Holmes Chapel is located in a beautiful corner of Cheshire close to numerous attractive villages, towns and beauty spots.

Its own parish church of St Luke’s, located in the centre of the village, hints at its historic past, having been built in the 15th century. The adjacent Old Red Lion pub dates back at least as far as the 17th century.

As a compact village, most amenities are within easy walking distance of Victoria Mills, or just a few minutes away by car. There is an Aldi supermarket close to the development, with a variety of smaller independent shops in the heart of the village. The area is also surrounded by woods, rivers and meadows that make it easy to relax and unwind in beautiful surroundings. Nearby Dane Meadow is particularly popular with its array of natural wildlife.
